The Vibrational Frequency of Gratitude

The Vibrational Frequency of Gratitude
Authored By Michelle Rojas

The word “gratitude” is derived from the Latin word “gratia”, which stands for elegance, generosity and thankfulness. A single word with so many sophisticated meanings, can you imagine the weight or the importance of it in your life? It does have. It can influence your life to become the greatest one for sure. Compared to other moods and mindsets out there, the vibrational frequency of gratitude is highest to be in. Any unique vibration that we may be encountering goes from 50 megahertz as far as possible up to 700 megahertz. Any time we to truly zero in on appreciation, our vibrational frequency can increase up to 540 megahertz.

Gratitude is a powerful catalyst for happiness

When we offer thanks and gratitude our cerebrum discharges dopamine and serotonin, the two vital synapses that control our feelings. And most importantly they cause us to feel great. They enhance our mood immediately and make us whole again in our mind.

Gratitude helps you realize that you have a lot more than you think throughout everyday life and subsequently  your energy adjusts to the energy of plenitude and blessings.

Gratitude adjusts your energy so you can happily live and work in the towards progression of self and growth.

It is completely up to us what we focus on throughout everyday life, what routines and habits we decide to take part in, and where we put our energy and consideration.

“It is not joy that makes us grateful; it is gratitude that makes us joyful”- David Steindl

Is Gratitude really a blessing?

It is often said that, “Gratitude has its own way to change your perspective and leaves you wide open to receive the blessings that are within each day.” Blessings have a surprising ability, which is to change your life. So if gratitude can do that then why can't it be a blessing? Life is too amazing and worthy to even consider staying zeroed in on the negative, and the more generous and in love with life you are, the more it conveys genuine bliss and more blessings to come. Being in a state of gratitude opens you up to receive more blessing and more abundance in all aspects.

If gratitude is a blessing, then how much more blessed are we?

Look down. What do you see? You can see people struggling to have a sound life. At this moment, there are millions of individuals all around the world who might offer anything just to have your life.

Simply consider the essential things that numerous individuals underestimate, such as having a spot you can call 'home' and food on the table each day.

Trust me, you would really appreciate those things if you were in need of them. Always keep this in your mind, “I exist as I am, that is enough.”

Say this to yourself-

“I choose to be thankful for the
light of this new morning, and
 for renewed energy and strength
to be who I know, I can be.”

So, admire what you have, regardless of whether it’s little.

Is gratitude high frequency?

Yes, we have already discussed how much megahertz of frequency increases in our body when gratitude hits us. Let’s reminiscence a bit - the vibrational frequency increases up to 540 megahertz when gratitude strikes us.

High frequency emotions feel better. You as of now have the experience of this since you realize that it feels better to feel cheerful than to be miserable.

No doubt, gratitude feels great. Since it is a high frequency emotion upheld by inspiring thoughts. It is a basic equation - when you feel grateful, you feel a brief euphoria for the object of your appreciation, consequently you hoist your positive feelings and energies.

This means when you practice appreciation you are raising your vibrational frequency. What’s more, the more you do this, the more high frequencies become your normal state of being. This is acceptable in light of the fact that with regards to energy, you draw in more energy that is similar to what you are already feeling or cultivating. The higher the frequency of your energy or vibration, the lighter you feel in your physical, emotional, spiritual and mental bodies.

It is important to express gratitude

Sonja Lyubomirsky stated that, “Gratitude is an antidote to negative emotions, a neutralizer of envy, hostility, worry and irritation. It is savoring, it is not things for granted; it is present oriented.’’

It won’t look good if you don’t give the gift that you wrapped for someone. Just like that, it is important to express gratitude. Because gratitude is like an wrapped present that you want to give to someone.

In certain psychology research, gratitude is emphatically and reliably connected with feeling bliss. Gratitude assists individuals with feeling more good feelings, relishing great encounters, improving their wellbeing, managing affliction and fabricating solid connections.

Jot down gratitude in your everyday’s to do list

The practice of gratitude is very basic. It is as much basic as repeating thoughts of thankfulness on a regular basis. Think beneficial things and you increase beneficial things.

“Gratitude makes sense
of your past, brings peace
for today, and creates
   a vision for tomorrow.”
    -Melody Beattie
